Under this initiative, one lakh laptops will be distributed to deserving and talented students based on merit. Students from the Higher Education Commission and public sector universities are eligible to apply.

Exciting news! Allama Iqbal Open University has now been included in Phase IV of the laptop scheme. Students from this university can apply for laptops, which will be awarded based on merit. The registration process will be detailed here. The government will begin procuring new laptops from Pakistan.

Registering for the PM Laptop Scheme is straightforward. Follow these steps to enroll in the program and receive a laptop:

  1. Click the “Online Registration” button.
  2. Fill out the provided form with your national identity card number.
  3. Press the “Submit” button.
  4. Carefully read the instructions provided.
  5. Click the “Accept” button.
  6. Enter all required information accurately in the subsequent form.
  7. Click the “Submit” button.

Eligibility Criteria for PM Laptop Scheme

To be eligible for Phase III of the PM Laptop Scheme, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid CNIC.
  • Be enrolled in a Ph.D./MS/MPhil or equivalent 18-year program.
  • Be studying in a BS 4-year or 5-year Bachelor’s Degree program.
